“It takes Teamwork to make a dream work” – John Maxwell
We are delighted to share with all of you that yesterday afternoon we held our annual CPM Team Building Day. In this opportunity we decided to run a sports day and not even the rain could stops us from having a great day out!
Last Friday the 19th of May CPM & Spectrum hosted their 10th Anniversary Ryder Cup Challenge in Royal Dublin Golf Club.
From early morning the sun was shining on the 18 hole links golf course which is situated on an island reserve in the heart of Dublin City. As the players arrived and exchanged introductions, some old familiar faces and some new, they moved into the clubhouse for breakfast overlooking the magnificent links course.
As we all get back to the grindstone in the office we started to think about what we can do to make the CPM Office a “Great Place to Work” and there’s nothing better than reflecting on what is currently working well and continuing it, as well as looking at what can be improved for 2017.
So why not get together with your colleagues and make some New Year’s resolutions for the team to make the working environment even better for 2017.
Here are some suggestions to get you started, outlining what CPM staff like that we already put in place in 2016 and should keep, as well as dislikes that we will try to avoid in 2017!
It’s back to school time! School bells are set to ring from next week and so do early-morning alarm clocks. Back-to-school can be a demanding period for working parents as they need to effectively cope with the increased time and energy demanded during this time.
To help your work-life balance, we have gathered a few tips that will allow you to start this new school year smoothly.
The 15th UEFA European Championship (Euro 2016) has brought us a month full of entertainment and excitement, with the cream of the European football battling to bring home the coveted trophy.
We’ve all seen the great buzz that has been built up around the Euro 2016. Both retailers and some industry sectors have been enjoying the great atmosphere created, which has been expected to trigger more sales as consumers are thought to have spent an extra €125 over the Championships.
In occasion to International Women’s Day 2016, we had the opportunity to interview Lorraine Butler, Managing Director of CPM Ireland.
Lorraine is a great example of Women in Leadership, with more than 20 years industry experience in highly targeted Sales industries. If you want to get some motivation of a great leader, have a look at this short interview.
